Today on The Feat. we’re featuring a comic book for The Culture. Quincredible.

This new title comes from Lion Forge, one of the newer and more diverse comic book companies on the block and Quincredible is one of it’s flagship new titles in the company’s Catalyst Prime universe.

Written by Mildred Louis, with art by Selina Espiritu and Michelle Wong, the series follows Quinton, your average high schooler by day and moonlighting superhero by well…moonlight. His superpower? Invunerability. While a great power to have, it’s his only power and with no training, things don’t always go smoothly.

Quinton has all the fierce bravado to be a great hero but he’s in dire need of discipline and training to ensure he not only saves the day but minimizes the damage done in the process. Enter Maya, a member of her neighborhood watch, who takes him under her wing to give him a better understanding of the responsibilities of being a hero and what it means to save the day. 

The first issue just dropped this November and issue #2 comes out December 19th.

The action comes fast and furious in this title and Quinton is a compelling and relatable young black man trying to grow up and figure out how best to help out his people. And if that’s not repping The Culture, we don’t know what is.
