Today on The Feat. we are featuring one of the OG podcast repping for The Culture, Another Round.
Another Round was a culture podcast co-hosted by Tracy Clayton and Heben Nigatu. The dynamic duo shared their thoughts on everything from race and gender to all things pop culture. Their bread and butter however were their interviews. Sometimes deep, sometimes funny, but always thought provoking, guest included fellow creators for The Culture like Issa Rae and Ta-Nehisi Coates to Hamilton creator and star Lin_Manuel Miranda and Hilary Clinton.
Other segments included Stacy’s Career Corner, Drunken Debates, Tracy’s Animal Corner, Is This Real Life?, What Had Happened Was, Rapid Fire (“Pew Pew Pew!”), Nichole’s Nookie Nook, Tracy’s Joke Time, and White Devil’s Advocate (they really covered everything).
The show ran from 2015 to 2017 and had monthly listenership numbers in the hundreds of thousands. Unfortunately Another Round is currently on hiatus but all of the old episodes are still available everywhere podcast can be found and are still certainly worth checking out for their humor, insights and top-notch representation of The Culture.
